Q. What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept credit card payments (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover), Shop, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Q. Do you take other forms of payments not listed?
A. Sales of products are only avaialable through our SKG Shop.
Q. When will my card be charged?
A. Your card will be charged for the products once you have placed your order. Any additional fees, such as delivery and installation, will be sent to you via email.
Q. What if I am experiencing problems paying?
A. If you are having problems at checkout, please call our SKG Shop team at 844-567-1500.
Q. Do you collect sales tax?
A. Sales tax is collected where required and is calculated based on the delivery address at time of order placement. Any order delivered in Texas will be subject to sales tax.
Q. What if I am tax exempt?
A. Some of customers may have exemptions from sales tax and we are happy to help. Please send a copy of the resale certificate to shopskg@skgtexas.com along with your customer information.

PICKUP & DELIVERY
Q. What type of delivery options are offered?
A. We offer pick-up directly from our warehouse during business hours (M-F, 10am-12pm, 1pm - 3pm cst), along with delivery and installation services. Both options are available at check-out.
Q. How do I track my orders?
A. For any order placed, an email with tracking and delivery information will follow shortly after payment is completed. If you need an additional copy of this information or want further details, call customer service at 844-567-1500 or email at shopskg@skgtexas.com.
Q. What are the associated delivery costs?
A. Delivery and installation costs vary depending on items purchased and location. We will reach out via email post purchase to quote you and schedule delivery.
Q. How do I schedule my Large Parcel Delivery?
A. For any large parcel order our Delivery team will reach out to the customer directly. Delivery team sends an email when the order is ready to be scheduled.
You will receive a phone call within 24 hours to schedule the day and time of delivery.
If you are having trouble contacting the delivery team, please call the SKG Shop team at 844-567-1500.
Q. What if my Large Parcel delivery does not show up on time?
A. If you are expecting a Large Parcel delivery via our delivery team, please contact them first using the number at the bottom of the scheduling email. If they are not responsive, please contact SKG Shop customer service at 844-567-1500.
Q. Can I opt for my product to come unassembled?
A. As of now, any product requiring assembly comes fully assembled.
Q. What is the address of the SKG Warehouse Pickup location?
A. The SKG Warehouse pickup facility is in Austin, Texas in relative proximity to Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). The exact address for pickup will be sent via email after your order has been placed.
Q. If I choose Pickup at checkout, how long after purchase until my product is ready for pickup?
A. During checkout, you can choose the date and time that you wish to pick up the item. Please note, there is a minimum 4 day waiting period from ordering until you can pick the item up to allow our warehouse time to pull and prepare the item.
